Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve made-to-order smoothies, ensuring quality and consistency in every beverage while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing knowledgeable recommendations and assisting with their smoothie selections.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and membership discounts, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop and smoothie bar area, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Demonstrate coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, procedures, and promotions, actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.
• Exude the core values and company culture of our facility, embodying integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
• Comply with all regulations and licensing requirements for food handlers in Texas, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Responsible for maintaining all spaces and striving to keep them looking new. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for others.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor under pressure.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to take direction and learn new skills to enhance performance.
